by abs-cbnNEWS.com  At least 9 people were killed, 3 injured, and 2 more reported missing as strong rains brought by tropical depression “Ramon” triggered floods in parts of Visayas and Mindanao.According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), 2 of the fatalities, 54-year-old Bienvenido Cañete and Wilfredo Sabroso, are from Cebu, Cañete was killed after getting electrocuted, while Sabroso died when a bridge collapsed.  |
