LIBERAL PARTY EYES DOJ CHIEF AS SENATE BET FOR 2013 ELECTIONS

The Liberal Party (LP) is urging Justice Secretary Leila de Lima to join its senatorial late in the 2013 national elections, but the Cabinet member has not yet given an answer. 

Transportation and Communications Secretary Manuel Roxas II, also the president of the party, announced this in his speech delivered yesterday at the 37th Philippine Business Conference and Expo hosted by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry at theManila Hotel. Roxas was invited to talk about the government’s public-private partnership infrastructure roadmap.
