QUISMORIO, Manila Bulletin  The green light has been set for the enforcement of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority’s (MMDA’s) motorcycle lane policy Monday, October 17.The MMDA said the motorcycle lane regulation will be implemented simultaneously on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City and Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard in the cities of Pasay and Parañaque.  |
