By abs-cbnNEWS.com Typhoon "Pedring" has weakened after making landfall over the northern part of Luzon and is expected to be out of the country by Wednesday noon, state weather bureau PAGASA said. In its latest weather bulletin at 10 a.m., PAGASA said Pedring was spotted 100 kilometers (km) east of Baguio City. It was packing maximum sustained winds of 120 km per hour near the center, with gustiness of up to 150 kph. |
