By the Inquirer Staff and Bureaus Typhoon “Pedring” roared out of the country Wednesday, leaving an official death toll of 21, including 10 children with ages ranging from seven months to 10 years. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has lowered all storm signals, but said Pedring would continue to enhance the southwest monsoon to bring scattered to widespread rain over western Luzon. |
