by INQUIRER.net  Signal No. 1 has been raised over Southern Leyte and several northern Mindanao provinces as Tropical Depression “Ramon” accelerates and moves in a west northwest direction, the state bureau said late Monday.Aside from Southern Leyte in the Visayas, Signal No. 1 was also hoisted over Surigao Del Norte including Siargao Island, Surigao Del Sur, Agusan Del Norte, northern Agusan Del Sur and the Dinagat Group of Islands.  |
