by InterAksyon.com  Shortly after communist rebels on Sunday released Lingig, Surigao del Sur Mayor Henry Dano and his two Army escorts, police said they are now readying charges against their captors.Philippine National Police spokesman Chief Supt. Agrimero Cruz Jr. said Dano and his escorts, Corporal Alrey Desamparado and Private First Class Rolan Saban, were released at the hinterlands of Trento town, Agusan del Sur, particularly at Upper New Visayas, Barangay Pulanglupa.  |
