by Chichi Conde, InterAksyon.com  The Aquino administration is rethinking its peace talks policy with the Communist Party of the Philippines-National Democratic Front-New People's Army following the successful raid of three mining firms by New Peoples Army rebels in Claver, Surigao del Norte on Monday.Government chief negotiator Alexander Padilla said there is now a “clamor” from the Cabinet to demand a ceasefire from the communist rebels before peace talks can resume.  |
