By Helen Flores (The Philippine Star) The state weather bureau yesterday warned that widespread rains will prevail over some areas still flooded by the back-to-back typhoons that pummeled the country last week.The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the wind convergence will affect the provinces of Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon, as well as the Bicol region, in the next 24 hours. |
