MIKEY AND ANGELA ARROYO POST BAIL ON TAX EVASION RAPS

Ang Galing Pinoy party-list Representative Juan Miguel “Mikey” Arroyo and his wife Angela posted bail on Tuesday for the tax evasion case filed against them by the government.

Arroyo’s lawyer Ruy Rondain said the lawmaker posted bail of P200,000, or P20,000 for each of the 10 cases filed against them – seven against Angela and three against Mikey – before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court even before a warrant for their arrest is issued to prove they have no intention of leaving the country to evade the charges.
