By Delon Porcalla (The Philippine Star)  Malacañang gave assurance yesterday that former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo – who it wants to face trial for large-scale corruption – can travel to any place she wants, in the absence of any hold-departure order.Even the Department of Justice (DOJ) is considering allowing Arroyo to travel abroad and seek medication for her rare disease.  |
