Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao as lieutenant colonel in the military reserve force, Malacañang said Monday.Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda said Pacquiao’s elective post has entitled him such military rank, adding the boxing champion must still undergo military training if called to serve in the future.  |
