houseTHE chief of security at the House of Representatives has admitted the lack of proper monitoring of Closed-Circuit Cable Television (CCTV) footages taken during the national canvassing in 2005, which tended to give credence to reports of a break-in at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City.

Antonio Collare, head of the Legislative Security Bureau (LSB), admitted that his group failed to review VHS copies of CCTV which could contain the alleged four ballot-switching operations Police Senior Superintendent Rafael Santiago, the former director of Philippine National Police in Zambales, claimed took place.
