By Alexis Romero (The Philippine Star)  The military is puzzled over the delay in the announcement of the death of Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) spokesman Gregorio “Ka Roger” Rosal, who died of a heart attack in an undisclosed guerilla zone last June 22.Armed Forces public affairs chief Col. Arnulfo Burgos Jr. said they did not know why it took the CPP more than three months to disclose his death.  |
