by Alex Santos, ABS-CBN News For a third day in a row, Philippine Airlines (PAL) was forced to cancel a number of flightsdue to lack of manpower. PAL management has decided to place members of the PAL Employees Association (PALEA) on terminal leave after they staged an unannounced work stoppage on Tuesday. PAL also canceled nearly all of its domestic and international flights on Tuesday. The flag carrier's operations have been improving day by day. |
